INCREASE BACKLINKS
What is specified below is a big list of do-follow bloggers.
What is do-follow?
When you drop a comment in a blog, you leave your link there. However this link is not visible to the search crawlers. It is marked as "no follow"
How to remove this?
Search for "no-follow" in your template, and delete it.
Wordpress users, download the do-follow plugin.
Why do this?
When you do this, all comments are considered back links. Hence, you ll get mroe comments, and it leaves no side effect in your blog. If you are blogging for money, this can be of great help.
What to do next?
Comment in the below blogs to get a backlink.
Also remove no follow in your blog, add yourself to this list. Plz maintain all the existing links. Write a post and let your friends know about this. If they write a post, you will also get a backlink. So spread the word.
I have not seen this much in any indian blogs, so here is a nice chance to build the loop.

I came across your blog from another blog. Thanx for the great tip! I tried doing what you asked us to, and in my template I found rel="nofollow". Do I delete just the nofollow so that the command become rel="" or do I delete the entire rel="nofollow"?

Answering to your question about if follow movement may go void by google; I really don't know what can happens, but is going to be a pain in the ass for them if they want to know which blogs are posting in "no-follow" blogs to have incoming links...
